To equip scenic-area staff with the skills to deliver superior service to visitors, Limutai conducted comprehensive training for its employees in April.
The training program covers topics such as “Tea Ceremony,” “Traditional Culture,” and “Fire Safety.” In addition, all new employees participated in an orientation that included sessions on “The Seven Legends of Limutai,” “Plant Appreciation,” “Geological Knowledge,” guided tours of various scenic spots in Jixian County, and outdoor mountain‑climbing activities.
Before April 30, the Li Mutai area is under fire‑prevention restrictions. The scenic area has organized specialized training on fire safety, covering inspections of firefighting equipment, emergency response procedures, and techniques for controlling various types of fires. The fire‑prevention team conducts outdoor drills every day.
We hope this series of training sessions will significantly enhance the skills and professionalism of the scenic area’s staff, enabling them to provide visitors with more expert and attentive service at all times.
