Uphold the “Red Boat Spirit” and continue to rectify the “Four Undesirable Trends.”

The Red Boat cuts through the waves, and its spirit unites the people. To further study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, to carry forward the Red Boat Spirit, and to strengthen Party conduct and integrity building ahead of the holiday, the Party branch of Limutai Company organized a集中学习 session for all Party members on December 20.

At the meeting, the company’s Party branch focused on studying General Secretary Xi Jinping’s 2005 article, “Carry Forward the Red Boat Spirit and Lead the Times,” which he published in the Guangming Daily when he was serving as Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee. The session revisited the Red Boat Spirit, reinforced ideological convictions, and further advanced the study, publicity, and implementation of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. In conjunction with the important instructions in “Xi Jinping: We Must Not Stop at Correcting the ‘Four Undesirable Trends’—Building a Sound Work Style Is an Ongoing Task,” the branch made proactive arrangements for strengthening Party conduct and clean governance, while also setting forth clear requirements.

First, we must vigorously promote the Red Boat Spirit—embracing the pioneering spirit of breaking new ground and daring to lead, the tenacious spirit of unwavering dedication to our ideals, and the selfless spirit of serving the public good and remaining loyal to the people—while courageously fostering the contributions of young people in the new era.

Second, we will strengthen Party conduct and integrity building. In accordance with the important instructions of General Secretary Xi, we will address the “Four Undesirables,” ensure that Party members and cadres set an exemplary standard, proactively accept oversight from employees and the general public, and keep improving Party conduct as a continuous endeavor.
