In accordance with the spirit of the Central Publicity Team’s briefing in Tianjin on November 5, the Party branch of Limutai Company convened a general meeting of all Party members on the afternoon of November 6 to further study and implement the guiding principles of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
At the meeting, the branch secretary led all Party members in studying and comprehending the spirit of the 19th National Congress, elucidating the report’s profound implications. At the same time, he conveyed the guiding principles from Comrade Li Hongzhong, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, as articulated at the Tianjin Municipal Conference for Leading Cadres, and from Comrade Yu Lijun, Secretary of the District Party Committee, as expressed at the district-wide conference for Party members and cadres.
The meeting called on all Party members to regard studying and implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC as the top political task for the present and the period ahead, to earnestly study, publicize, and put into practice the spirit of the Congress, to foster a conducive learning environment, and to ensure that the spirit of the 19th National Congress reaches every employee.
First, we must uphold the principle of setting an example from the top down. Leading cadres should take the lead and set a model in studying and implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, earnestly advance specialized study sessions, and ensure that all Party members and cadres internalize the spirit of the Congress and translate it into concrete actions.
Second, we must strengthen learning and training. We will formulate a special study plan on the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, conduct in-depth study of its key principles, and ensure that Party members and cadres fully appreciate the significant importance of the Congress, deeply understand and accurately grasp its essential spirit, and earnestly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions to strive for thorough understanding, solid comprehension, and practical application in both study and work.
Third, we must closely link our work to practical realities. We will thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the thematic education campaign “Uphold the Core, Forge Loyalty, Take Responsibility, and Strengthen Grassroots Party Branches,” integrating these efforts with the advancement of the company’s key tasks and the implementation of the “Loyalty Education Plan.” We will adhere to the principle of linking theory with practice, ensuring that learning informs action, action reinforces learning, and that learning and application mutually reinforce each other. In this way, we will use Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to fortify our minds, guide our practices, and drive the effective execution of our work.
