3. Method for Obtaining the Tender Documents: Bidders shall, upon registration, present the original and a notarized copy of their business license (with activities within the scope of business), the organization code certificate, the tax registration certificate, and the legal representative’s authorization letter bearing the official seal (if the legal representative is not present). In addition, bidders must bring the original and a notarized copy of the registrant’s ID card, both stamped with the official seal. All documents are to be submitted in person at the General Office located in the Comprehensive Service Area (Second Floor of the Commercial Center) of Limutai Scenic Area, Jizhou District, Tianjin, where the tender documents may be collected on-site. Bidders are also required to bring a USB flash drive to copy the electronic version of the consultation documents.

IX. Methods for Raising Objections and Filing Complaints
If a supplier believes that the tender documents or the tender announcement have infringed upon its legitimate rights and interests, it may, within three working days from the date of obtaining the tender documents or from the expiration of the tender announcement period, and prior to the bid submission deadline, submit a written challenge to the procuring entity or Tianjin Limutai Tourism Co., Ltd. The procuring entity shall respond within one day.
X. Other Matters
To ensure the smooth implementation of the project and safeguard the rights and interests of suppliers, all clarifications, amendments, and award‑related information pertaining to this procurement activity will be communicated by telephone. Registered suppliers are requested to monitor their mobile phones and answer calls at any time prior to submitting their bid documents, and to carefully review any notices of changes related to this project. Tianjin Limutai Tourism Co., Ltd. will not issue separate notifications regarding such changes. Suppliers shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from failure to promptly check the change notices or from failing to incorporate the required responses into their bid submissions; Tianjin Limutai Tourism Co., Ltd. shall not be held liable in this regard.
