In addition, they must submit the original and a notarized copy of the registrant’s ID card, both stamped with the official seal. All documents are to be collected in person from the General Office located in the Comprehensive Service Area (Second Floor of the Commercial Center) of the Limutai Scenic Area, Jizhou District, Tianjin. Bidders are also required to bring a USB flash drive to copy the electronic version of the consultation documents.

IX. Methods for Raising Objections and Filing Complaints
If a supplier believes that the tender documents or the tender announcement have infringed upon its legitimate rights and interests, it may, within three working days from the date of obtaining the tender documents or from the expiration of the tender announcement period, and prior to the bid submission deadline, submit a written challenge to the procuring entity or Tianjin Limutai Tourism Co., Ltd. The procuring entity shall respond within one day.
X. Other Matters
To ensure the smooth progress of the project and safeguard the rights and interests of suppliers, all clarifications, amendments, and award‑related information pertaining to this procurement activity will be communicated by telephone. Registered suppliers are advised to monitor their SMS messages and phone calls at all times prior to submitting their bid documents and to review any change notices related to this project. Tianjin Limutai Tourism Co., Ltd. will not issue separate notifications regarding such changes. Any consequences arising from a supplier’s failure to promptly check for change notices or to incorporate the required adjustments into their bid shall be borne solely by the supplier and shall not be attributable to Tianjin Limutai Tourism Co., Ltd.
