In accordance with the spirit of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government in showing care for medical workers, and in response to the calls from Tianjin’s and Jizhou District’s cultural and tourism authorities, the Limutai Scenic Area has extended a heartfelt tribute to medical professionals nationwide, as well as to those who provided aid in Hubei and their families. By introducing a free-admission policy for these “most beautiful heroes who go against the tide,” and by establishing a dedicated green channel, the scenic area has not only allowed medical workers to enjoy the beauty of nature and unwind but also enabled them to experience the warm hospitality of the people of Jizhou District and the sincere respect shown toward healthcare personnel and their families—earning widespread acclaim from all sectors of society.
From its reopening on March 30, 2020, to May 10, the Limutai Scenic Area welcomed more than 1,000 medical professionals from across the country, including 68 individuals—comprising frontline aid workers in Hubei and their accompanying family members.
The free admission policy for medical workers will remain in effect until October 31, 2020. Details are as follows:
1. Physicians and nurses nationwide, including those in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, may visit the Limumtou Scenic Area free of charge—admission and round-trip shuttle service are both complimentary—upon presentation of valid identification (physician’s license, nurse’s license, or other credentials related to medical practice).
2. Medical personnel from Tianjin who provided assistance in Hubei (presenting relevant proof of their deployment) and their immediate family members (limited to a household of five, with valid ID cards and household registration books) may enjoy free admission to the Limutai Scenic Area, including complimentary entrance, round-trip shuttle service, and round-trip sightseeing bus rides.
3. Please complete the park entry procedures at the Li Mu Tai Scenic Area Visitor Center.
