To celebrate the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to fully leverage the role of primary-level Party organizations and Party members and cadres as strong fortresses and exemplary pioneers in poverty alleviation efforts, in accordance with the “Implementation Plan for Launching the Thematic Campaign ‘Party Flags Flying in Rural Areas, Securing Victory in Poverty Alleviation’ among Primary-Level Party Organizations Directly Affiliated with District-Level Government Agencies” and the “Notice on Carrying Out a Series of Thematic Activities ‘Celebrating July 1st, Fighting Poverty Alleviation, and Welcoming Moderate Prosperity’ Across the Entire District,” and in conjunction with the arrangements for the “Hundred-Day Battle” and the “Party‑Member Training Week,” from June 22 to June 30, the Party Branch of Limutai Company, taking into account epidemic prevention and control measures and the actual conditions of scenic‑area接待, staggered its schedule to organize all Party members and cadres to participate in the series of thematic activities titled “Celebrating July 1st, Fighting Poverty Alleviation, and Welcoming Moderate Prosperity.”

The Party branch organized a delegation of Party members to the “Anti-Japanese Revolutionary Base” memorial at the scenic area, where they reaffirmed their Party oath. They then visited the red‑heritage exhibition hall to learn about the revolutionary history surrounding Limutai, encouraging Party cadres and members to recall the stories of the revolution, keep their original aspirations and mission firmly in mind, and take on responsibilities with dedication and action. Along the route, Party members and youth volunteers carried out a volunteer cleanup effort, removing weeds along the sightseeing‑car trail.

In addition, on June 30, the company also organized a “Volunteer Environmental Protection” cleanup campaign.

The branch secretary visited Beichedao’yu Village, a village receiving assistance, to discuss ecological conservation and development with the village’s Party and government leadership team. He also delivered a Party lecture on topics such as strengthening rural revitalization and fostering the growth of the village’s collective industries, thereby helping the countryside comprehensively achieve its goals in the decisive battles against poverty and the COVID‑19 pandemic, and ensuring a “double victory” in both endeavors.

We actively promoted the “Tianjin Municipal Regulations on Promoting Civilized Conduct” among villagers in the assisted village, and offered them a message of civility: “Uphold integrity and foster a new atmosphere of civility; promote harmony and build families that accumulate good deeds.” We encouraged villagers to abide by the code of civilized conduct, practice courteous behavior, cultivate positive habits, and donated 60 copies of books—including the “Disciples’ Rules”—to the village library.

A dedicated team within the company’s marketing department is responsible for leveraging the company’s official online platforms to promote farmers’ slow-moving agricultural products, thereby enhancing their added value.

Party members took the lead by setting an example, proactively purchasing slow-moving agricultural products and “buying to help,” thereby improving the living standards of households in need. All 22 party members participated in buying eggs, honey, and other farm‑produced goods, alleviating the concerns of impoverished residents.

The team visited and offered condolences to nine impoverished households in the paired‑assistance village, presenting them with relief supplies. They then divided into three groups to clean up the homes of three of these families, earning praise from the households themselves, village officials, and nearby residents.

The organization mobilized Party members, cadres, and volunteers to visit assisted villages and households in need, carrying out village‑wide cleanups and yard‑level sanitation campaigns. Moving forward, the company’s Party branch will, in accordance with the unified arrangements of the district Party committee, form a “100‑Day Campaign” vanguard team. Each week, for half a day, leading officials and core Party members will lead teams to go door‑to‑door in villages, organizing “weekend deep‑cleaning” activities to thoroughly eliminate sanitary dead zones along roadsides, riverbanks, field edges, village perimeters, and around homes, thereby restoring to villagers a clean and pleasant living environment.
