On July 26, 2016, the skies cleared, and we were fortunate to arrive at Limutai Scenic Area. Wow—here, the streams rush fiercely, their waters roaring loudly. From afar, the crystal‑clear currents cascade straight down the mountainside, like shimmering ribbons of jade draped over the treetops, truly embodying the saying, “A night of rain in the mountains leaves a hundred springs perched atop the trees.” Bending down for a closer look, the water crashes against the rocks, sending sprays of droplets flying—sparkling and charming, like scattered pearls and broken jade. This rare spectacle of blue skies and white clouds, verdant hills and emerald waters, with its soul‑refreshing mountain beauty, is enough to make one linger, reluctant to leave.
