On July 26, 2016, the skies cleared, and we were fortunate to arrive at Limutai Scenic Area. Wow—here, the streams rush fiercely, their waters gushing with a steady roar. From afar, the crystal‑clear currents cascade straight down the mountainside, like shimmering ribbons of jade draped over the treetops—a scene truly worthy of the saying, “After a night of rain in the mountains, hundreds of springs hang from the tips of the trees.” Bending down for a closer look, the water crashes against the rocks, sending droplets flying in all directions—sparkling and charming, like scattered pearls and shards of jade. This rare spectacle of azure skies and white clouds, verdant hills and emerald streams, coupled with the refreshing beauty of the mountain landscape, leaves one utterly captivated, reluctant to depart.
