Work Briefing on the “100-Day Campaign” for the Comprehensive Environmental Improvement of Limutai Scenic Area

In accordance with the overall deployment outlined in the “Jizhou District Work Plan for Implementing the Patriotic Health Campaign and Launching a 100-Day Comprehensive Environmental Improvement Campaign,” the Limutai Scenic Area has earnestly implemented the spirit of the district command center and the District Culture and Tourism Bureau regarding the initiative to optimize and upgrade the scenic area’s environmental management, proactively enhancing the environment and carrying out all‑round, comprehensive environmental improvement efforts.

I. Strengthen Leadership and Clarify Objectives

6 On the 12th of the month, the company convened a mobilization and deployment meeting to thoroughly study the spirit of the Jizhou District Government’s “Hundred-Day Campaign” for the Patriotic Health Movement and comprehensive environmental improvement, thereby officially launching the “Hundred-Day Campaign” for the comprehensive environmental remediation of the Limutai Scenic Area. A leading command group for the scenic area’s comprehensive improvement was established, with the general manager serving as group leader, deputy general managers as deputy leaders, and all department heads fully engaged and personally overseeing the work. Under the leadership group, a dedicated remediation office was set up, with the deputy general manager in charge of overall coordination, the head of the Management Department responsible for concrete implementation and progress, and a mechanism put in place that combines self-inspection by each department with spot checks and special inspections conducted by the remediation office. This approach has galvanized the enthusiasm of deputy ministers in charge of respective departments and team leaders, strengthened task‑force units, instituted a responsibility‑assignment system, clarified specific objectives, and reinforced accountability along with performance‑based reward and punishment mechanisms.

6 On the 18th of the month, after compiling the plans and remediation records submitted by each department over the previous week, the company’s Comprehensive Environmental Improvement Task Force promptly convened a special meeting to assign priority tasks and set timelines for all departments, aligning perspectives, standardizing procedures, and refining implementation measures. The team reinforced the institutional framework of “weekly self-inspections with immediate corrective action, biweekly spot checks and monthly summaries, targeted inspections and specialized remediation, as well as rigorous oversight of blind spots and strengthened accountability,” ensuring that the scenic area’s comprehensive environmental improvement efforts meet established standards and striving to establish an exemplary tourism service hub in the “100-Day Campaign.”

II. Strengthen Publicity and Foster a Favorable Atmosphere

In accordance with the unified deployment of the company’s Comprehensive Environmental Improvement Task Force, all departments promptly convened internal meetings, with department heads serving as lead coordinators, team leaders as core members, and Party members taking the lead. All employees actively participated in the comprehensive environmental overhaul of the scenic area, sparking a wave of enthusiasm for safeguarding the area’s safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability while creating a beautiful and inviting tourist environment. The company leveraged broadcasts, large screens, and other channels to encourage both employees and visitors to engage proactively and cooperate fully. A dedicated WeChat work group was established for the “100-Day Campaign” on scenic‑area environmental management, regular briefings were introduced, and a system for task oversight and accountability was put in place, ensuring vigorous promotion and the effective implementation of all remediation measures.

III. Strengthen Rectification Efforts, Leaving No Blind Spots

First, each department conducts its own inspections and compiles corrective actions to be submitted to the Management Department; subsequently, the Management Department carries out unified follow-up checks, spot inspections, or targeted supervisory audits. In the first phase, the focus is on a comprehensive review of environmental hygiene. Since the launch of the remediation campaign, the head and deputy heads of the company’s leading group have each led teams on four rounds of inspections, covering surrounding tourism order and the environment, infrastructure damage, scenic‑area signage, and public restrooms. Meanwhile, the Management Department has organized specialized inspections twice per week, conducting thorough checks of employee dormitories, office areas, vendor stalls, parking lots, and their immediate surroundings, while urging all departments to address identified issues promptly and eliminate any hygiene blind spots. With one priority task assigned each week, progress is being made steadily, step by step, to ensure effective improvements.

IV. Strengthen Accountability and Establish Mechanisms

In accordance with the unified deployment of the company’s comprehensive environmental improvement task force and in alignment with the latest requirements from the District Culture and Tourism Bureau and the work safety supervision authorities, we will institutionalize the large-scale environmental overhaul of the scenic area. We will clearly delineate responsibilities, assign accountability to specific individuals, and ensure rigorous implementation. By integrating self-inspection, inspections, corrective actions, oversight, and accountability into a single, coordinated framework—covering planning, execution, and evaluation—we will establish a robust system for advancing improvements and conducting management assessments. This will guarantee the successful and high‑quality completion of the scenic area’s 100‑day campaign, thereby contributing to the district’s ongoing efforts to enhance both urban and rural living environments, elevate the city’s overall quality, and support the dual goals of sustained epidemic prevention and control and socio‑economic development.
