The meeting was chaired by Comrade Li Shuling, Deputy General Manager of the Group, who outlined the Group’s marketing strategy for this year. The Head of the Group’s Marketing Department then set forth specific requirements and provided a detailed briefing. At the conclusion of the meeting, Comrade He Jun, Chairman of the Group, commended the work of each branch company, noting that the Group’s marketing efforts have set a strong foundation for the county’s tourism sector. He praised the thorough preparation and the well‑crafted, feasible marketing plans of all branches. He emphasized that marketing must both leverage the Group’s coordinated, integrated approach and allow each unit to pursue its own strategic initiatives, elevating the overall performance and highlighting distinctive strengths. Furthermore, he urged closer collaboration among the Group’s marketing team—fostering mutual respect, humility, and cooperation internally, while strengthening horizontal communication and partnership in a spirit of goodwill. This should reflect the philosophical mindset of “great wisdom appears as simplicity” and “wisdom lies in seeming ignorance.” In terms of marketing strategy, objectives must be clearly defined, with compelling messaging and policies that inspire and motivate. In fostering collaboration, leaders should adopt a broad, long‑term perspective, maintain an open mind, and think beyond the confines of their own organization—putting others first and considering matters from multiple viewpoints. Such an approach embodies the principle of “I serve others, and others serve me.” The Group will also guide its branches in developing collaborative incentive mechanisms and refining performance‑based reward systems, ensuring that all aspects of the Group’s operations are firmly grounded. By scaling up the Group and expanding the tourism sector, we can pursue robust growth and greater harmony. Through concerted efforts across the entire organization, strengthened cooperation, conflict avoidance, and the launch of premium offerings, we will maximize our collective benefits.
