Winter Study and Training Plan

 

To meet the needs of the tourism industry’s development, continuously enhance the theoretical literacy and professional competence of all cadres and employees, and thoroughly implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in accordance with the requirements of the Group Company Party Committee’s “Implementation Plan for Building a Learning‑Oriented Enterprise,” Limutai Tourism Company will launch a vigorous campaign this winter and next spring to prioritize learning and drive development, comprehensively fostering a learning‑oriented tourism enterprise and cultivating its own corporate culture. The specific work arrangements are as follows:

I. Guiding Principles

Guided by the important thought of the “Three Represents,” we will thoroughly implement the Scientific Outlook on Development and the spirit of the 18th National Congress, focusing on enhancing the overall competence of cadres and employees. We will foster a strong commitment to learning and cultivate a culture of continuous study, equipping ourselves with sound theoretical knowledge and honing our professional skills to elevate the quality of our services, thereby providing both the ideological foundation and intellectual support necessary for the sustained and high‑quality development of the tourism sector.

II. Organization and Leadership

The company has established a leading group for building a learning‑oriented tourism enterprise, with Deputy Manager Liu Fuping serving as the group leader and the heads of the General Office and the Management Department as members. The group is responsible for formulating the unit’s learning plan, organizing and coordinating related activities, conducting supervision and inspection, and providing feedback on progress.

III. Schedule

The primary focus is on management provisions such as the Regulations on the Appointment and Removal of Cadres, the Regulations on Forest Fire Prevention, the Regulations on Work Safety, the Regulations on Scenic and Historic Areas, the Regulations on Nature Reserves, and the Tianjin Municipal Regulations on Tourism Administration.

(3) Knowledge related to corporate culture and business management. The curriculum covers basic tourism knowledge, service etiquette, and quality standards for tour guide services, 4A The curriculum covers scenic‑area quality standards, enterprise management systems, analyses of advanced management practices, as well as specialized topics, work processes, and ethical and ideological education.

(4) Additional learning content tailored to one’s own specific circumstances.

V. Forms of Learning

Learning activities will be conducted through a combination of centralized sessions, decentralized approaches, and self-study, ensuring flexibility and diversity while emphasizing practical results. It is planned to schedule collective study sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons; at other times, each department of the company will organize its own learning activities in accordance with its specific work needs, with a minimum of … per month. 2 Next, each time no less than 1 hours, and maintain relevant records for future reference.

Through this learning process, we aim to enhance theoretical understanding, improve professional skills, and develop greater capabilities, thereby further elevating the overall competence of all cadres and employees.

3 Improve the assessment system and strengthen supervision.
