In March, the company conducted a series of spring training sessions for its employees, with the “Loyalty Education Program” as the core curriculum, supplemented by training in workplace safety and tourism operations.

The training program officially commenced on March 6 and will run through March 17. During this period, all departments will conduct focused learning sessions in accordance with the training schedule, and all cadres and employees are required to attend punctually.
During the training, the scenic area will invite experts to provide guidance and instruction to staff on topics including guest service quality, scenic‑area tourism planning, fire safety, safety management and comprehensive scenic‑area governance, traffic safety, tourist etiquette, cultural protocols of major source markets, ethnic customs, basic tour‑guide knowledge, introductory photography skills, and tourism safety.

We hope this series of training sessions will significantly enhance the skills and professionalism of the scenic area’s staff, enabling them to provide visitors with more expert and attentive service at all times.
