To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 13th Five-Year Plan, and to seize the opportunity presented by Jizhou District’s efforts to build a model zone for all‑area tourism and to strive for the title of Civilized District of Tianjin, this exhibition aims to mark the successful convening of the 19th National Congress of the CPC. Through the fresh lens of photography, it seeks to highlight the artistic appeal and profound meaning of photographers, upholding the principles of serving the people, serving socialism, and fostering a vibrant landscape of diverse voices and vigorous debate. It advocates that photographic creation remain closely connected to everyday life, the masses, and practical realities; to document the times; to encourage innovation; and to advance the development of photographic art in Jizhou District, enabling it to play an ever‑greater role in serving society and the public. The Jizhou District Photographic Art Exhibition stands as the highest‑caliber, most prestigious showcase of photographic art in the district.

IV. Exhibition Rules
1. Photographers and photography enthusiasts from Jizhou District—regardless of their profession—are all welcome to submit their work. Authors from outside the district but residing in areas surrounding Jizhou are also invited to participate; however, all submitted works must have been photographed within Jizhou’s administrative boundaries.
2. All submissions are welcome regardless of subject matter, genre, date and location of capture, awards received, or publication history; however, works that have previously won awards or been selected for the “Past Photography Art Exhibition” will not be accepted.
3. Work size requirements. All works must measure 10 Inches (long side), square pieces are 8 x 8 Inches; entries must not be mounted in any form.
4. Each author may submit no more than one single image. 10 width. Among them, works originating from this jurisdiction must account for no less than 4 Number of images. A series of photographs is counted as a single image; the requirement for the number of images in a series is: each series… 4 Width~ 6 Format (please arrange the series of photographs in order and print them onto a single piece of artwork); [When submitting your work, please submit the original electronic file along with it.] JPEG The file must not be smaller than 4M 】
5. Each work (or series of works) must have the title, author’s name, mailing address, contact telephone number, category of submission, and location of拍摄, clearly marked by the author. 32 Write on white paper and affix it to the back of the artwork;
6. Submitted works must be original; collaborative entries and works created through post-production compositing will not be accepted.
7. The Organizing Committee is composed of the host, the implementing agency, and the co-organizers. Works selected for inclusion will be uniformly reproduced as exhibition prints by the Organizing Committee for display.
8. All works selected for this exhibition shall be eligible for public display by the organizing committee’s member units, which shall also enjoy perpetual rights of use thereof, without any additional remuneration.
9. All legal issues pertaining to the copyright, right of publicity, right of reputation, and other related rights of the works submitted to this exhibition shall be resolved by the authors themselves, who shall bear all associated legal liabilities.
10. Anyone submitting work to this exhibition is deemed to have agreed to all the provisions set forth in the call for entries. The Jizhou District Photographers Association reserves the right of final interpretation.
V. Work Selection
The Jizhou District Photographers Association has established an exhibition office responsible for soliciting and receiving submissions, as well as other organizational tasks. The selection of entries will be conducted in accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, with a jury appointed by the Tianjin Photographers Association. Any work found to be in violation of these rules will have its eligibility revoked upon discovery. This exhibition does not charge an entry fee, nor will submitted works be returned.
VI. Awards and Recognition
1. This exhibition is scheduled to feature the following works. 150 Approximately (a set of) pieces. Among them: the Limutai Scenic Area must include no fewer than 30 width;
2. This year’s exhibition has selected:
Landscape-themed collectible works 6 width;
Folklore-themed collectible works 6 width;
Architectural Collectible Works 6 Width.
(All authors whose works are selected for the collection will be awarded the title of “Photographer.”)
3. This edition of the exhibition will present a Special Contribution Trophy, awarded to organizations or individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the event.
