After the rain, Limutai presents a magnificent waterscape. After the rain, Limutai presents a magnificent waterscape. On the night of July 1st, following a heavy downpour, the Limutai Scenic Area once again unveiled a breathtaking natural spectacle, painting a stunning panorama. The entire canyon seemed to don a fresh new coat, its air so crisp and clear you could practically feel it. Under the blazing sun that followed the rain, the golden flowers of the Chinese scholar trees burst into bloom, their radiant hues gleaming amidst the lush greenery that stretched across the mountainside. Meanwhile, the Huangla Waterfall and the Baozi Pond Waterfall cascaded down with majestic grandeur. As you wander through this landscape, streams murmur softly along the hillsides, while waterfalls plunge dramatically from rocky cliffs, their delicate threads of water weaving like silk. At the foot of the mountains, brooks rush and tumble, their crystal‑clear droplets striking the shore with a rhythmic patter, sending sprays of sparkling water soaring into the air. The gentle murmurs of these flowing streams echo throughout the canyon, creating a legendary, otherworldly tableau that leaves visitors in awe—a living, picturesque gallery of nature’s wonders.

2013-05-08

Jizhou Tourism Group Holds Its 2013 Marketing Work Conference On February 23, 2013, Jizhou Tourism and Culture Group convened the deputy managers in charge of marketing and the heads of marketing departments from its four branch companies—Panshan, Huangyaguan Great Wall, Baxianshan, and Limutai—for the 2013 Tourism Marketing Work Conference. Comrade He Jun, Chairman of the Group, along with Deputy General Manager Comrade Li Shuling and the chief and deputy heads of the Group’s Marketing Department, attended the meeting. The conference was chaired by Deputy General Manager Comrade Li Shuling, who outlined the Group’s strategic direction for this year’s marketing efforts. The head of the Group’s Marketing Department then provided specific instructions and detailed briefings. Participants heard reports on each branch company’s marketing plans for 2013, with thorough explanations of key milestones and major tasks for the year ahead. In addition, the branches submitted more than ten suggestions and new ideas regarding the Group’s marketing initiatives for 2012 and 2013, emphasizing the need to strengthen training and professional development for marketing personnel, enhance collaboration between the Group and its branches as well as among branches themselves, and work together to maximize marketing effectiveness. At the conclusion of the meeting, Group Chairman Comrade He Jun commended the performance of all branch companies, noting that the Group’s marketing efforts had set a strong foundation for county-wide tourism development. He praised the thorough preparations and well‑crafted, feasible marketing plans of each branch. He stressed that marketing should not only leverage coordinated strategies led by the Group but also allow individual branches to pursue their own unique approaches, elevating overall performance and creating standout results. Furthermore, he urged closer integration within the Group’s marketing team, fostering an internal culture of mutual respect, humility, and cooperation, while promoting open communication and collaboration across teams—embodying the wisdom of seeming simplicity and embracing occasional “blurred vision.” Regarding marketing strategy, he emphasized the importance of clearly defining objectives, crafting compelling messages, and implementing policies that inspire and motivate. In terms of collaboration, he encouraged adopting a broader perspective, maintaining an open mindset, thinking beyond one’s own organization, and practicing empathy—putting others first while recognizing that collective success ultimately benefits everyone. Finally, the Group will lead its branches in exploring cooperative incentive mechanisms and further refining performance‑based reward systems, ensuring solid progress across all areas, expanding both the Group and the broader tourism sector, pursuing robust growth and harmony, and maximizing benefits through concerted efforts, strengthened cooperation, conflict avoidance, and the launch of high‑quality offerings.
