Event route: Panshan Scenic Area Square – Wansong Temple round-trip, 5 kilometers.

Schedule:
8:30–9:40 Registration and check-in
9:40–9:50 Pre-match warm-up
9:50–10:00 Gun‑starting ceremony
10:00 AM: Start of the gun signal and the public mountain-climbing event begins.
13:00 The public mountain-climbing event concludes.
The public mountain-climbing event will not award rankings or prizes. Participants who complete the course within the cut-off time will receive a certificate, which they can use—along with their race bib—to collect the New Year mascot.

Parent-Child Orienteering Scavenger Hunt Competition
Time and Location: December 22, 2018, Panshan Scenic Area
The timing chip deposit is RMB 50 per household; the deposit will be refunded upon returning the chip after the race.

9:40–9:50 Pre-match warm-up
9:50–10:00 Gun‑starting ceremony
10:00–12:00: The parent–child orienteering scavenger hunt begins, with families checking in and setting off one after another. Participants will be ranked based on their total time to complete all designated checkpoints.
13:30 Family parent–child orienteering scavenger hunt concludes.
Final results will be posted online after the competition.
Upon completing the family‑parent‑child orienteering scavenger hunt, participants will receive a finisher’s certificate and a mystery gift. The top 12 families will also be awarded competition prizes.

9:50–10:00 Gun‑starting ceremony
10:00 AM: Gun start, bike-and-run climbing competition
13:00 The bike-and-run climbing competition concludes.
The duathlon climbing race will award the top 12 finishers with prize money (the duathlon is open only to mixed teams, with no separate men’s or women’s divisions; the top 3 receive RMB 1,000, and places 4 through 12 receive RMB 800). All participants who finish within the cut-off time will be presented with a finisher’s medal.

Event Schedule:
1. Participation in public mountain-climbing activities is mandatory.
2. Each team should submit the list of participants for the skiing event in advance.
3. On the 23rd, you must arrive at Panshan Ski Resort in the morning to attend the ice and snow opening ceremony.
4. Ski tickets are valid only for the 23rd; skiing hours are 10:00–16:00. Procedure: At 8:30 a.m., each group will collect ski tickets according to the roster, then present the tickets at the front desk to obtain a card and make a deposit (for ski equipment rental, ski insurance—10 yuan—and optional locker rental and meals). The deposit amount shall be in accordance with the Pan Shan Ski Resort’s regulations. Upon returning the card, any remaining balance will be refunded.
